Join us for a canvass in Fairbank at a building where the landlord is abusing the Above Guideline Increase process and circumventing Rent Control. They are the fifth most frequent abuser of this tactic in the entire province. We will be canvassing this building and discussing the policy solutions needed to reign in exorbitant rent increases and how the NDP is leading the way in this.
